Obituary for Richard "RJ" Yoho

Richard "RJ"  Yoho
Richard “RJ” Yoho, age 74, passed away Friday, January 24, 2014 at The Villages Hospice House after a brief illness.
Richard was born February 2, 1939 in Wheeling, West Virginia later moving to Ohio. He worked for United Parcel Service retiring from there with 31 years of service. He moved to The Villages in 2005 where he enjoyed playing golf with his friends. He was an active member of the Ohio Buckeye Club and the Anthem Road Mens Club. He was the self- appointed “Anthem Road Paperboy” treating his friends to front door delivery of the morning paper.
He was preceded in death by his parents Alvin and Mary (Manion) Yoho; brothers Larry and Bill and stepfather Frank Rotunda.
Richard is survived by his wife, Maria (Didato) Yoho; his children, Dale (Lori) Yoho, Tami (Dan) Mansir, Mary Yoho, Tim (Leah) Yoho, and Jason Yoho; ten grandchildren; five step grandchildren and three great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, his “Villages family” and many friends who will miss him dearly.
Friends may call Thursday 4-8PM at the Dunn-Quigley Funeral Home, 3333 Kent Rd (at Rt. 91) in Stow. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10AM Friday at St. Eugene Catholic Church, 1821 Munroe Falls Ave. Internment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens 11am Saturday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Heart Foundation or St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
