Obituary for Danny L. Garner

Danny L.  Garner
Danny L. Garner, age 69, of Lake Milton, passed away peacefully Tuesday, September 22nd at his residence. Danny was a loving husband, father, papa, brother, and uncle.

Danny was born January 20, 1946 in Canton to the late Lauren and Ruth (Nixon) Garner.

He was a member of the Lake Milton American Legion Post 737, where he was a proud member of the Honor Guard; member of the Sons of the American Revolution, the 8th Pennsylvania Brigade of the American Revolution, the Marlboro Volunteers; he was also a former member of the Craig Beach Village Council. Danny was Scout Master for the Boy Scouts Troop 106 where he mentored seven Eagle Scouts.

Danny is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Diann Garner, his daughters, Danielle (Jack,II) Reese, Daphne (Jim) McKnight, Darien (Aaron) Hooper; his son, Donovan (Jodi) Garner; beloved grandchildren, Gage, Lauren, Lucas, Kolin, and Noah; sisters, Cathy (Zane) Soffos and Punki (Erle) Parker; nieces, Rachel (Joe) Leeworthy and Courtney (Kurt) Boggs, and eight great nieces and nephews.

Friends may call 5-8PM Friday at the Lane Family Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel, 5797 Mahoning Ave. in Austintown; where the funeral service will begin at 8PM with Chaplain George Street.
