Rose Mary Edwards, 93, passed away on August 5 after a long illness. Born in Princess, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Frank and Ethel Sexton, Mrs. Edwards has been an area resident for most of her life. She was a long time member of Family of Faith United Methodist Church (Church of the Master). Her life was centered on church, family, and gardening.

Preceded in death by her husband, Charles; daughter, Yvonne McKinney; sisters, Phyllis Rogers, and Rebecca; she is survived by sons, Darrell Edwards of Painesville, and George (Sandra) Edwards of Wadsworth; sisters, Pat Mauer and Katherine Nelson; brothers, Gary O'Neil and Larry O'Neal; and several grandchildren.

Calling hours will be on Monday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Dunn-Quigley Funeral Home (811 Grant St.) where Pastor Ron Shultz will officiate a funeral service at 11:00. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery will follow.
