Obituary for Cody M Sweitzer

Cody M Sweitzer
Cody M. Sweitzer passed away on March 2, 2017.
Cody graduated from Stow HS in 2012 and was attending Ohio State majoring in Welding Engineering. He loved the Lord, and gave his life to Jesus. He professed that faith as he was baptized in a River in TN on a father-son trip with his church. Cody was a fun-loving, selfless man. He loved his family and was devoted to his friends. He would help people whenever they needed help, from repairing a door to pulling them out of the mud. He loved the outdoors, fishing, camping, trucks and animals. He was a brother in Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. A brother to all his loving friends from Stow and OSU. But most of all, the devoted and loving brother to Kyle and Jared. We will miss you so very much Cody.
He will be sadly missed by his parents, Terry and Michelle Sweitzer; brothers, Kyle and Jared; grandparents, Donna Sladky, Jeanine Rodefer, and Roy Sladky; great-grandmother, Peggy Winchell; aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends may call on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at REDEMPTION CHAPEL (3900 Kent Rd. in Stow) where Pastor Rick McKee will officiate at a memorial service on Saturday at 11:00.

In Lieu of flowers a donation can be made to OSU Suicide Prevention Program, which funds the R U OK? program. The link is at https://www.giveto.osu.edu/makeagift/?fund=312040
