Condolence: Well what a sad day for me and the world of people that knew John. He was a real sweet heart of a guy that was the best friend I ever had. I see a lot of my friends from high school posting here and they know what I mean. John and I were as close in high school as we could be and always had each others back in all the sports we played together. He was the shooting guard and I was the point guard on our basketball team. We were co captains on our cross country teams and more than that we were close and the best of friends. The last time I saw him was in the mid seventies but his spirit and kindness to all will never be forgotten. I remember his laugh also and spending many a summer day playing basketball at Tallmadge outdoor basketball courts taking on all comers from where ever with John and kicking their butts. He was a special athlete and most of all as good a human being as God put on this planet! May you rest in peace brother. Love to his family and friends who really knew John. The best of the best. Mike Miller
