Rebecca A. "Becky" Beane (Kisela)
Rebecca Kisela Beane, 52, passed away Saturday evening due to complications with Lupus. Some qualities that are not long forgotten about Becky are her magnificent presence, charismatic attitude, loving sensibilities, compassionate spirit, and unwavering strength. She was kind-hearted, selfless, family-oriented, and loved her precious dogs, Indy and Marlie. Becky was born in Cleveland, Ohio and was raised in Silver Lake, Ohio with her loving family. She graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School in 1984. After marrying her husband, Mark, they moved to Akron, Ohio to start their family. Soon after marriage, Becky and Mark had their beloved son, Mark Joseph. Becky had an incomparable work ethic that was admired by many. She joined Hylant Group in 1989 in Hylant’s Property and Casualty Team in Cleveland. She quickly moved into the role as Office Manager, where she also served as a member of Cleveland’s Management Team. In 2008, Becky expanded her responsibilities into a Talent Manager position within the Human Resources Department and worked with multiple offices, departments, and employees across Hylant. While working full-time, Becky earned her Associates Degree in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University in August 2017 and was working towards her Bachelor’s Degree at the time of her death. Becky was passionate about traveling to new places and finding new adventures. Becky is survived by her husband Mark Beane, son Mark J. Beane, Elizabeth Falconer (Mark J.’s Fiancée), brothers and sisters Joseph G. Kisela Jr., Cheri Kisela Freeman, and David Kisela (Stephanie O’Donnell Kisela), brother-in-law Michael Beane, and mother-in-law Anne Newcomb, along with many nieces and nephews Eric Kisela (Tina Tritt Kisela and son Benjamin), Brad Kisela (Kristen McGrogan Kisela), Ken Kisela, Bill Kisela, Jason Freeman, Kelsey Kisela, Chloe Kisela, Michael E.
