Obituary for Helen Joseph (Abraham)

Helen Joseph, 91, passed away on April 4. Born in Akron, Ohio the daughter of Joseph and Bertha Abraham, Helen was the last of 9 siblings. She was a graduate of South High School and worked at Goodyear Aircraft
during war time. In 1947 she was married to Joe Joseph who passed away in 1991. Helen was a blessing
to all those around her. She was the ultimate care giver, taking care of her husband, sister and many other family members.
She was a long time member of St. Paul's Catholic Parish. Her favorite pastimes were her rose garden,
planting flowers and cooking for her family. She found joy in everything and
everyone she met. Mom made everyone feel loved and special. She was a wonderful mother and
our best friend.
Her survivors include sons, James, Samuel (Susan), Jerry, Robert (Cecilia), and John; six grandchildren; four
great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
Special thanks to the following people who loved Helen and whose support was very much appreciated by the family: Ruth Browne and family, Patti Heaton and family and special nephew, Phil Joseph.

Calling hours will be on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the DunnQuigley Funeral Home
(811 Grant St.). Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at St.
Paul's Catholic Church, interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Munroe Falls Fire Department/EMS.
