Joyce, Jim and Penman/Bell family: As you know Barb was a very special person to me. Thank you for the opportunity to get to know Barb and be a part of her life. Our trips to the Caribbean (on the cruise) and to Niagara Falls (and others) will always be special memories to me. Please know you will always be in my thoughts and prayers! I already miss you Barb!
